No Experience Necessary
Come and find out what the Green Dragon Kung Fu Club is all about. During the semester long club you will learn the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts. No experience necessary. Add something new and different to your workout.
The material taught will include: Basic fighting moves, tension excercises for strength development and body hardening, contact drills, and combat applications. The classes will be taught by a senior student of Green Dragon with at least 10 years expierence.
