Take The Green Dragon Challenge

Congratulations!

Sifu Allen's recommendations are listed in the below. Find the time frame that matches your results on the test and you will see a list of training recommendations.

If you did not hold the stance the entire 3 minutes, you may want to add this stance training to your daily workouts. After 2 weeks of daily stance training, try taking the challenge again and see how you do.

Time
Recommendation
0 - 30 Seconds
Beginner - But that's ok, everyone starts here
You may want to start with the Stances Video and the Opening Warmup Video
0:31 - 1:00 Minutes
Advanced Level Beginner - Good strength for a beginner
You should consider the Stances Video, the Opening Warmup Video, Fa Kuen, and I Nan Kuen
1:00 Minute - 1:30 Minutes
Low Level Intermediate - It looks like you've had some training. You should start with Teet Lo Han Chin Ch'uan, Siu Ying Yi and Bei Shaolin Ch'uan.
1:31 Minutes -2:00 Minutes
Intermediate - You have been training for a while (or at least training hard for a short time) - Try Gok Mi Gin, Chang Ch'uan #2 or for something a little more exotic give White Ape (7-star Mantis) a try.
2:01 Minutes -2:30 Minutes
Advanced Intermediate - Now you are probably starting to see good progress in your training. You will want to look at the more advanced training, especially including weapons. Try Teet Lo Han Kung-Tzu Ch'uan, Pei Hou Hsi Chien Pen (for something exotic), and Shuang Pao Chien Ru Shi Wu Hua Pa Men.
2:31 Minutes -3:00 Minutes
Advanced Level - You are definitely an advanced student. To take advantage of your leg strength in advanced fighting forms take a look at Yeh Pao Ta Ts'ung Shu Lin, Chung-Li Chui Yao Mo Kuei Kuai (Eight Drunken Immortals Style) and Kang Tun Ch'in Ch'uan (Pa Chi Style).
