Excellent shorter form to use as a base for introduction to advanced work for single or double fans. For men and women, but really deadly for women to utilize due to the ''innocent'' appearance. Strikes are made with both the endpoints and serrated edge. Fan is opened and closed repeatedly throughout the form. Simple, but very practical and effective.

Double Iron Crutch (Tonfa) set from White Lotus. Don't pass up this or the next form up because of the limited way you have seen these two weapons used by sport karate stylists! This is one of the finest forms ever at this level-- explosive, powerful, fast! Employs all the common hand positions, emphasizes spins, and uses all of the striking surfaces. Rapidly changing stancework and maneuvering. Can use the regular ''tonfa'' for which many designs are available everywhere, but the longer and heavier Chinese ''crutch'' type is even better. Dynamic intermediate level set teaching all aspects of tonfa use.

Very dynamic Northern Shaolin broadsword/saber form. Encompasses most basic sword moves, spins, & carry positions, while also employing punching & kicking maneuvers. Very challenging at the intermediate level, and was originally taught in the Orient as an advanced form! Green Dragon places it here because the highly prized Willowleaf Broadsword and the White Lotus Rolling Thunder Saber are more difficult. Excellent foundation set for swordwork of all kinds.
