White Headed Snake Strikes Out from the Rock A set from Southern 5-Animal Shaolin that is very fast and dramatic in appearance! One of the best and most exciting authentic Snake forms at any level. Not the exercise variety--this is a pure fighting form in every sense. Excellent combined block/attack sequences in the typical staccato fashion associated with true Snake. Rapid strikes concentrate on the eyes, throat, and groin. Execution is low and quick, both on and off line. Highly recommended

Uncommon set of Northern Monkey style that exists in a number of versions-- this one is one of the best and most difficult. Classic simian movement with all of the characteristic gestures, postures, mannerisms, and unusual combat applications. Considerable jumping as well as ground rolling technique. Little known Northern White Dragon set from Northern 5-Animal Shaolin. ''Closed door'' form which employs the traditional 5-fingered Dragon Claw hand position throughout the entire form. Set is very volatile, i.e., constant turning, twisting, and hopping in the maneuvering while the claw hands are used for a wide variety of ripping, tearing, grabbing, and breaking moves at the same time! As with our pure Snake & Crane fighting sets, most instructors & students have found this Dragon form to be unique in many respects, making other more common Dragon material look ''tame'' by contrast. The finest of its kind and not available elsewhere. Highly recommended
