Very dynamic Northern Shaolin broadsword/saber form. Encompasses most basic sword moves, spins, & carry positions, while also employing punching & kicking maneuvers. Very challenging at the intermediate level, and was originally taught in the Orient as an advanced form! Green Dragon places it here because the highly prized Willowleaf Broadsword and the White Lotus Rolling Thunder Saber are more difficult. Excellent foundation set for swordwork of all kinds. Highly recommended.
