Starting out with the two performers executing a complex solo salute to each other (a short form in itself), the fight then proceeds at high speed with very hard contact. The movements are highly circular, compound, and non-stop-- well balanced on both sides for offense and defense. This set is a top favorite of Green Dragon advanced students and at top speed it approaches all-out free fighting with the staff.
